Shipping was super fast and everything showed up without any issues. i blame them for making me expect this kind of speed every time now.

The return process was a hassle!!! I had to keep chasing for updates, and the refund took foreverrr... The staff did reply, to be fair, but they weren’t really much help tbh!!

I do like some of the clothes from Sportsgirl, but the delivery experience really put me off. My order took way longer than the estimate, and because the tracking barely updated, I had no idea where it was. I ended up having to chase it myself, which was annoying. It did arrive eventually, but if I needed something by a certain date, I probably wouldn’t order online again. It just feels too hit and miss

The points do add up nicely, which I like a lot. But sometimes the app gets confusing for me, like I’m clicking around and not totally sure where I am supposed to go. Overall it’s good, just a little awkward to use sometimes.
